What is Hosted Voice?

Hosted Voice is just another term for an internet connected technology. You are probably already using cloud voice products in your home life. SIP TRUNKS

It's the most likely replacement of old technology which uses copper and fibre lines dug in the ground to a new more flexible technology. SIP trunks are telephone lines delivered over IP using the SIP protocol. Using this standard protocol, telecom service (VoIP) providers connect one or more channels to the customer’s telephone system. Phone numbers and DDIs are linked to the SIP trunk.
